Luoyang Kewei Radio Frequency Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in MIL‑DTL‑38999 (D38999) series circular connectors. Our products are widely applied in aerospace, defense, industrial equipment and new‑energy fields. We own in‑house mold development, CNC machining and full‑set production lines, delivering high‑performance connector solutions for global customers. We are now looking for talented Product Design Engineers to join our technical team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Complete mechanical design of D38999 series circular connectors, including shell, insulator and accessory parts according to customer requirements and military standards.

2. Draw 2D engineering drawings and 3D models, compile BOM lists and technical specification documents.

3. Cooperate with mold, production and quality teams to track prototype trial‑production, solve structural and assembly technical problems.

4. Review customer technical requirements, participate in custom connector project development.

5. Follow MIL‑DTL‑38999 related standards, optimize product structure for manufacturability and cost‑efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related majors.

2. Familiar with connector mechanical design; experience with D38999 / circular military connector products is a major plus.

3. Proficient in SolidWorks, Auto‑CAD or other 2D/3D design software.

4. Understand mechanical material, CNC machining and injection‑molding process knowledge.

5. Good logical thinking, capable of independent project development, good team‑work awareness.

6. Basic English reading capability to understand international military standard documents is preferred.
