Production Capacity Upgraded for MIL‑DTL‑38999 Circular Connector Series

Many clients have reached out for D38999 series flange‑mount receptacles, including part number D38999/20FB98PN. To meet the growing overseas order demands, our workshop has adjusted the whole production workflow, covering mould preparation, insulator molding, CNC shell machining, component assembly and finished‑item testing.

Every connector unit will go through real‑world performance checks before leaving our plant. Our QC team focuses on shell plating quality, insulator integrity, contact matching tolerance and vibration resistance test. Those strict checks help us lower defect rates for bulk shipments.

We maintain stock for mainstream D38999 models, and we also take custom requests for special project parameters. Supporting accessories such as   contact extraction tools can be supplied together with main connectors.

Over recent months, we have shipped batches of circular connector assemblies to multiple overseas regions.
